A typical coaching engagement with me is structured, personalized, and results-driven, designed to help leaders refine their presence, navigate transitions, and elevate their impact. While each engagement is tailored to the client’s unique needs, it generally follows these key phases:
- Discovery & Goal Setting
The process begins with a deep-dive conversation to assess the leader’s current challenges, aspirations, and professional goals. I use tools such as 360-degree feedback, and leadership assessments to establish a clear starting point. Together, we define measurable objectives and key areas of focus.
- Strategy & Action Planning
Once goals are set, we develop a customized coaching plan that includes practical tools, leadership frameworks, and strategies to address communication, executive presence, conflict resolution, and decision-making. I help clients gain clarity on their strengths and growth areas, ensuring they have actionable steps to move forward.
- Implementation & Growth
Coaching sessions (typically biweekly or monthly) are a mix of strategic discussions, real-world application, and accountability check-ins. Clients apply insights in their work environment, and we refine approaches as needed. This phase often includes high-stakes conversation preparation, time management strategies, and leadership influence techniques.
- Reflection & Sustained Development
As we approach the conclusion of the engagement, we assess progress, celebrate wins, and create a long-term sustainability plan. The goal is for clients to leave the coaching experience equipped with lasting skills, a strengthened leadership presence, and a clear path forward.
My coaching engagements typically last 3, 6, or 9 months, and are customized to the individual or organizational needs. Throughout the process, my role is to provide insight, challenge assumptions, and offer strategic guidance, ensuring my clients grow into more confident, effective, and inspiring leaders.
I measure progress and success throughout the coaching engagement using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods tailored to each client’s goals. Here’s how:

Behavioral & Mindset Shifts – Success isn’t just about outcomes; it’s also about growth in confidence, decision-making, and leadership effectiveness. We evaluate how the client applies new strategies and overcomes challenges.
Assessments & 360 Feedback – Depending on the engagement, I may use leadership assessments, stakeholder feedback, or self-evaluation tools to provide data-driven insights on progress.
Milestone Reviews – At key points in the engagement, we review achievements, refine strategies, and adjust our approach to ensure continued growth.
Sustainable Change – The ultimate measure of success is the client’s ability to maintain and build upon their growth beyond the coaching engagement. Clients leave with a clear roadmap for continued development.
I hold a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational psychology, complemented by expertise in human resources and leadership development. With two decades of experience, I have worked alongside leaders to navigate complex challenges and enhance their leadership presence. Inspired by these experiences, I founded Cornerstone Human Capital, an executive and career coaching practice dedicated to helping business owners, executives, and professionals in career transition unlock their full potential. My passion lies in strengthening leadership presence, enhancing communication, and aligning careers with personal values.
To further refine my approach, I pursued certification in executive (and career) coaching, formalizing my expertise and incorporating structured, research-backed strategies. My goal is to equip leaders with advanced coaching methodologies that drive meaningful transformation, enabling them to grow, thrive, and lead with authenticity.
